Wednesday 3rd Feb – Inside Out Day
Staff and students were encouraged to wear an item of clothing inside out as a reminder to be kind always, as you never know how someone is feeling inside. https://nowandbeyond.org.uk/
Thursday 4th Feb - Time To Talk Day (Time to Change)
Time to Change is a movement dedicated to reducing stigma and discrimination around mental health by promoting talk and discussion. Friday 5th Feb – Screen Free Weekend Challenge
On Friday pupils will be encouraged to plan how they can be screen free for a whole weekend! Monday 8th Feb - Express Yourself The theme for this year's Children's Mental Health Week is Express Yourself!
